PICKLE MANIA!!.....................

These pickles from Rick's Picks have the most genius names!!  I want to buy them to put them on my kitchen counter just for laughs.  Everything is hand-picked from local, organic farms and made in season. He's a member of Greenmarket and sells his pickles at many of NYC farmer's markets.  You can order on-line as well. I'm sure someone you know would love to get these in the mail! 

WHIMSY AND SPICE....SWEETS!!!!

Brooklyn based bakery Whimsy and Spice wrangle up some amazing handmade treats!  Handcut marshmellows, decadent butterscotch bars and crunchy biscotti made from unexpected flavors like orange cardamon and honey lavender.  They also have really cute packaging...which helps when your sending them as gifts....:)

Bee raw is a company that's all about organic, raw and unfiltered honey which comes in hand-corked vials that are sealed with beeswax and then placed into a solid block of oak.  They have many different artisanal flights that are perfect for cheese or tea.  They also make great gifts...:)
